It all began in the beautiful lemon orchards of Castell de Belver, where my friends and I would gather to make limoncello using the freshest lemons. We enjoyed experimenting with recipes and perfecting the flavors, and soon, our casual get-togethers turned into a serious pursuit of quality limoncello. Encouraged by my friends and family, I decided to share our creations with a wider audience. Today, our brand offers limoncello that captures the authentic taste of Mallorca, made with care and dedication.
